Working pattern: Hybrid (blend of home and office-based working). Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Key responsibilities of Locum EHC coordinator

• New EHC assessments (approximately 40-60 cases at any one time)
• Existing EHC plans (approximately (Apply online only) cases)

Requirements of EHC Coordinator

• Proven local authority experience within an EHC/SEND function (essential)
• Ability to draft high-quality, legally compliant EHC plans in line with internal quality assurance processes
• Experience managing complex statutory caseloads within required time‑frames
