Production Operator – Mars Wrigley – Plymouth, Mars
Salary: £32,500 – £35,100 (inclusive of shift allowance) dependent on experience. Performance related company bonus. Rotating shifts: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Permanent. Benefits: hot food restaurant, on-site gym, free on-site parking, employee shop with monthly allowance.

What are we looking for?
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
- Communication: Fluent English verbal and written skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Mindset: Strong safety and quality focus.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team.
Key responsibilities
- Starting up, shutting down, monitoring, and cleaning equipment.
- Performing basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks, and inspections.
- Utilizing basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
- Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.
- Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes.
- Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers.
- Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.
