About The Role

Advanced Support Worker – Full Time (36 hours/week)

Location: Barrow, Cumbria

Shifts: 8am-3pm | 3pm-10pm | 8am-10pm | 10pm-8am (Sleepover) | 8pm-8am (Waking Night)

Available Roles: 2 × 36 hour day posts (includes sleepovers)

Driving Licence: UK driving licence required

Supporting: Three individuals in a personalised supported living service

This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, compassionate, and experienced Advanced Support Workers to join a person‑centred service supporting three men with learning disabilities to live in their own homes as independently as possible. As an Advanced Support Worker, you’ll help promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in a warm, welcoming home.
