About the Position
We’re looking for a highly organized and extremely communicative Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a hands‑on, tactical role for someone who thrives on coordinating multiple moving pieces, keeping teams on track, and ensuring execution of sales initiatives meets deadlines.
This role acts as a central point of coordination for the EMEA sales team, providing day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring AEs have what they need to succeed, and proactively tracking tasks and follow‑ups to keep initiatives moving forward. You’ll also support the RevOps Manager and step in to cover Regional Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
Role and Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Support
- Coordinate day‑to‑day sales activities and requests for EMEA AEs
- Track closed/pending opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring follow‑up and proper handoffs
- Assist with license fulfillment and post‑sales activities
- Prioritise and manage incoming sales requests and cases, ensuring deadlines are met
- Proactively identify items that need attention and follow up with stakeholders to drive execution
- Cover for other Coordinators when needed or support the RevOps Manager on special projects
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Project Tracking
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Professional Services (PS) to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track tasks, projects, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed of status updates
- Assist in coordinating RFPs, vendor requests, and other time‑sensitive initiatives
- Onboarding & Team Support
- Support onboarding of new sales hires by ensuring access, tasks, and initial activities are completed on time
- Ensure AEs and sales leadership have the support and follow‑up needed to execute effectively
Qualifications & Traits
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related operational coordination roles
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with a proactive approach to getting things done
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong follow‑up skills; ensures execution and delivery without needing constant oversight
- Comfortable in a tactical, hands‑on role
- Skilled at keeping projects, requests, and cross‑functional handoffs on track
- Highly proactive and detail‑oriented, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to roll up sleeves and help the team get things done
- Adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communicator who keeps multiple stakeholders aligned
