Job Description

We’re looking for an Information Coordinator to join our information management team based in Hebburn. The role supports the delivery of compliant and effective information processes, ensuring projects follow best practice standards and meet ISO 19650 requirements with a focus on quality assurance and collaborative working.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project Common Data Environments (CDEs) following ISO 19650 standards and Kier procedures.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for CDE users, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Validate and curate project documentation, ensuring proper classification and distribution.
  • Create insightful reports on workflows and digital activities to inform decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and foster best practices.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems such as Asite or Viewpoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Enjoyment of supporting others and sharing knowledge in a friendly, approachable manner.
