We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Uxbridge, Greater London. This is a permanent, full-time position in the exciting world of Logistics & Distribution.
Salary – up to £35,000
Location: Uxbridge – Minimum 3 days in office per week
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights.
- Preparing and coordinating bid submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Developing engaging content that showcases our solutions and differentiates us from competitors.
- Tracking and reporting on bid outcomes to enhance future proposals.
- Maintaining a database of past proposals and best practices for continuous improvement.

- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator role is essential
