Job Description:

We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.

Roles are paid at a hourly rate of £12.71, equating to an annual salary of £27,758.64 based on a 42‑hour working week (pro‑rata based on hours worked).

Once you join us, you’ll be eligible for a £500 bonus through our refer‑a‑friend scheme (unlimited referrals).

Main Responsibilities

  • Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, considering their assessed needs and individual plans.
  • Support individuals to stay safe, taking appropriate action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse wherever possible.
  • Provide emotional support when needed, maintaining a person‑centred approach.
  • Support service users to participate in chosen social activities, manage finances and medication responsibly, help with practical tasks around the home, and respectfully support with personal care, hygiene and healthcare.
  • Act as an informal point of contact for families and social workers in the service user’s circle of support.
  • Accurately report and record any issues related to care and support to monitor their health and wellbeing.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and consider the welfare of others.

  • Values‑first mindset: experience in care is not required.
  • Ability to remain positive on challenging days and positively influence others.
  • Enjoys teamwork and is willing to support colleagues when needed.
