About the Role
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Housing Support service in Huntingdonshire. This role involves helping people to find appropriate accommodation solutions in our mission to prevent homelessness.
Responsibilities
- Provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with maintaining their tenancy and prevent evictions.
- Visit people in their home and within community settings to help them understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Commitment to an enhanced DBS check.
