Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues via calls, emails, and chat channels
- Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to process guidelines
- Accurately record customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while meeting performance targets
- Escalate complex queries to relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Qualifications

- Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour (PAYE+ Holiday)
- Contract: 6-month contract with immediate start opportunities
- Additional Pay: Double time and triple time applicable depending on hours worked (e.g., bank holidays)
