Overview

This role supports adults aged 18 and over with a variety of needs, from independent to full personal care assistance, within a supportive team in Chester.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and mobility
• Assist people to access the community and enjoy everyday activities
• Drive team vehicle to outings and appointments (Full UK Driving Licence required)
• Prepare meals and drinks meeting dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe home environment

Shift Times

Long Day: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.Night work: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence. All backgrounds are welcomed; prior professional experience is not required.
