Location: Northampton, NN5 5JW

Salary: £28,089.10 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40hours per week (06:30‑15:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Emptying bins or collecting bags from premises
• Minimise any potential danger to yourself, other employees and the general public
• Leave the road clean and tidy after collections, including returning bins to the boundary and clearing any spillages
• Assist the driver when manoeuvring the vehicle, especially when reversing
• Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring the client is treated respectfully and that all requirements are complied with where safe to do so

Essential Requirements

• Effective communication skills within a team and with the public
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and focused

Desirable

• Knowledge of the waste industry and its processes
• Previous loader experience
