Production Operative

We are looking for a general production operative to join a busy, fast‑paced belting production workshop based in the Hamworthy, Poole area on a standard dayshift.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring the department maintains a high level of throughput to meet customer demand.
• Meeting expectations of quality.
• Remaining flexible to assist across multiple finishing disciplines.
• Following company health & safety procedures.

Hours/Shifts

Day Shift 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. 37.5 hrs/wk

Holiday

1.66 days holiday per complete calendar month worked for the first year (maximum 20 days in the first full year), rising 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years of continuous service. Birthday day off (subject to conditions).

Skills Required

Reading, Drawings, Debur, Communication, Teamwork, Numeracy, Accuracy, Inspection, Hand tools.

Relevant Experience

Minimum 1 year similar experience required.

Existing Qualifications (Edu/Certs/Driving)

GCSE or equivalent.

Start Date

Immediate.
