Role Overview

Join a dynamic and supportive Community Learning Disabilities Team in the Lincolnshire Area as a Locum Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry. You will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to adults with learning disabilities. Key responsibilities include assessments, care planning, and providing clinical leadership, with flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments of adults with learning disabilities.
• Develop and implement care plans in partnership with other health professionals.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary settings to optimise patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in psychiatry or a related mental health specialty.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong clinical judgement and leadership ability.

Equivalent experience or a willingness to undertake additional training may be considered in lieu of certain qualifications.
