Cranswick Country Foods in Watton, Norfolk is serious about its quality pork products. We are looking for talented people to join us as we pursue ambitious growth. If you are successful you will have the opportunity to be taken on with a permanent contract with Cranswick PLC. Responsibilities
- Operate on a production line in a chilled environment
- Pack, weigh, and label food products
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Support general production tasks as needed
Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 4on/4off (05:30 AM – 17:00) or 06:00 AM – 17:00 (Mon–Fri)
- Night Shifts: 4on/4off (16:30 PM – 03:30 AM) or 17:00 PM – 03:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Shift time may vary slightly depending on the department
What we are looking for
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not required
- Comfortable working in chilled conditions
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

- Weekly pay – starting rates: £12.21ph (Mon-Fri days), £12.56 (4on/4off days), £13.35 (Mon-Fri nights), £13.74 (4on/4off nights)
