Assistant Manager – New Pho Restaurant Opening in Victoria

Salary offer of up to £41,400 – base £32,400 plus earnings through tronc.

We’re looking for a cool and charismatic manager to bring our lively brand to life. The environment is funky, with music, dimmed lights, staff jokes, and the buzz of fresh Phở.

What Pho is looking for

• Minimum 1 year’s restaurant management experience (bar, restaurant, or both).
• Big passion for food – you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
• People person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems (e.g., Acquire for stock ordering).
