121 Learning Support Assistant

Weare looking for a highly committed, outstanding Learning Support Assistant towork with children who are Autistic, have complex learning needs, medical needssuch as epilepsy and who can present with challenging behaviour. The postholder will support these children across the school and in our school-basedprovision.

If you:

• have experience of working in a busy classroom environmentwhere no two days are the same
• have experience of working with children withcomplex needs including autism and ADHD
• have experience of working with children withepilepsy or other medical needs
• have experience of working with childrenpresenting with challenging behaviour
• are organised and efficient
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• are able to use your own initiative
• have high expectations of self
