Job Summary
Supported Living Support Worker at Huddersfield Road, Kirklees, Yorkshire, HD9 3AS. Salary £13.12 per hour, hours 39 per week.
Key Responsibilities
Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, including medication assistance, accessing community and domestic tasks.
Assist with independent accommodation move and provide ongoing support to help tenants lead a full and happy life.
Build relationships with service users and colleagues; demonstrate patience, sense of humour and a caring attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
No specific qualifications are required. Prior experience and alignment with company values (Kind Hearts, Tailoring, Dreaming Big, Having Courage, Being Ready) is desirable.
