Responsibilities
- Managing tenant relationships, landlords, and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
- Visiting properties daily to conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Performing regular internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, and fostering positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience carrying out inventories.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
- Strong understanding of fair wear and tear, and successful handling of tenant disputes and deposit returns.
- Excellent customer care.
