Job Role

• An Assistant Manager to lead a busy late night venue.
• An Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business.
• An Assistant Manager to continually drive standards of drinks services forward within a late night venue.
• Developing a high-performing and motivated team.
• An Assistant Manager that is based on the floor and loves interacting with every guest.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
• An Assistant Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
• An Assistant Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must.
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must.
