What’s involved?

• Managing day-to-day tenancy and property matters
• Coordinating maintenance works and contractor management
• Carrying out property inspections and landlord reporting
• Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Supporting compliance across residential properties
• Managing residential blocks and wider property portfolios

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confident liaising with landlords, tenants & contractors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licenceARLA qualification advantageous but not essential
