Retail Supervisor

Overview

Shape your leadership journey by becoming a Supervisor. This part‑time role requires 16 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours. You will support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and help the team meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision of the store team.
• Drive sales and meet targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store looks its best.
• Reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Motivate team members and create a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (optional, training provided).
