We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join an established warehouse team in Coggeshall, Essex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a busy warehouse environment, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

The role will involve a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties, so a flexible and hands‑on approach is essential.

Rotating shifts Monday to Friday:

• 06:00
• 09:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operate both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Carry out picking and packing duties accurately.
• Support goods in processes, including unloading deliveries.
• Assist with container unloading (handballing) when required.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept organised.
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (Preferred, although training given for the right candidate).
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties, including occasional container unloading.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
