Overview
We are looking for support workers to join our teams across London boroughs. We have services in East London, Hackney, Hammersmith, Haringey, Southwark, Twickenham and Sutton. Being a support worker is a career where you can make a difference in someone’s day by enabling daily activities and creating opportunities for happiness.
Responsibilities
- Support and enable adults with their daily routines, which can range from social activities to preparing meals.
- Assist with personal care when needed (for example washing, using the toilet or shaving) as part of caring duties.
- Provide support across supported living and outreach services in multiple London boroughs; adapt to different settings as required.
- Work across a variety of shift patterns with options for full, part-time or casual hours to suit commitments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior care sector experience required; passion to support others is encouraged and training will be provided to become a great support worker.
- Right to work in the UK is required; the role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Service Details and Compensation
- Hourly rate is dependent on the service and location to which you are appointed.
- There are supported living and outreach services across the stated London boroughs seeking new team members.
