About the Role

As an ambassador for Harrods, you will be part of the in‑store Customer Service team based on the 3rd floor of the iconic Harrods building. The team’s mission is to deliver a bespoke experience for every customer, surprising and delighting them, and increasing loyalty to Harrods. You will support customers seamlessly across their multi‑channel journey, resolving incidents, protecting the brand’s reputation and gaining expertise in your department.

About You

We are looking for someone passionate about customer service. You will have a friendly and welcoming manner, be able to confidently resolve issues or queries raised by customers, and be a team player who takes initiative and strives to exceed expectations. You should also:

  • Be self‑motivated and organised, with strong listening skills.
  • Speak English to a high standard, liaise with various departments and have good communication skills.
  • Be resilient and adaptable to the audience and environment, believing that anything is possible.
  • Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
  • Be collaborative, thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Display knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
