Operations Associate – Banking Wealth Services
Contract: 12 months (possibility for perm)
Role Overview
The Operations Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality operational processing and support within the Wealth Services platform. This includes validating and executing financial transactions, maintaining accurate client records and transaction data, and performing daily reconciliations. The role involves close collaboration with client relationship managers, internal operations teams, and platform experts to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Execute and validate financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise client records and transaction data.
- Perform daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and operational efficiency.

Ideal Background
- Experience in asset transfers, custody, settlements, or similar back-office roles within financial services.
- Broader financial services operations experience will be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong skills and behaviours.
- CREST (UK equities settlement)
- DTC (US securities settlement)
- Origo / Calastone (unit trust/fund transfers)

- Comfortable with reconciliation, exception handling, and proactive issue resolution in a semi-automated environment.
