Job Role of the Production Operator: A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Production Operator to join a well-established and highly respected production facility in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone looking for a 4‑day working week or a position that offers an excellent work‑life balance, while still providing the stability of a permanent full‑time role.
The position offers a unique shift pattern with every Thursday, Friday and Saturday off, making it ideal for candidates looking for more personal time, family balance, or flexibility alongside work. There is also plenty of overtime available for anyone looking to increase earnings.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, checking files and print plates for quality and accuracy, producing relevant paperwork, planning products through the press system and supporting the smooth running of the production process. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines within a fast‑paced environment.
