Aspris College Wales is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist young adults with their work and support pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Previous experience supporting young people.
NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) appropriate to the teaching and learning environment of learners and young adults.
