Night Shift Plant Hygiene Operator

Job Summary

To ensure that all plant and equipment is cleaned inaccordance with company operating practices and schedules in order to maintainand food safe environment for the production of company products.

To support the hygiene team colleagues of effective hygienecontrols throughout the site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning of all plant and machinery schedules inaccordance with operating instructions
• Carry out cleaning using correct COSHH procedures
• Carry out cleaning tasks using appropriate number ofresources to minimise wastage
• Report any machinery or plant issues to supervisor or manager to facilitate timely repairs

Knowledge and Experience

• Reliable and trustworthy to carry out tasks with the minimumof supervision.
• Attention to detail and flexible to carry out tasks tosupport team colleagues to ensure the plant is maintained in a food-safe cleanmanner. Cleaning work is varied and requires a good focus level maintainedthroughout the shift. On the job training will be provided and the individualmust be able to demonstrate a level of literacy and numeracy on order that theyare able to understand the training, operating instructions and COSHHinstructions

Hours of Work: 1900 – 03.30 Mon – Friday Night

Excellent rate of Pay : POA
