Remuneration: £12.71 per hour with care benefits.
Responsibilities
You will support a range of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, assisting with daily living tasks, community activities, and emotional and practical support, promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.
- Assist five individuals across the service with personal care, cooking, and household tasks.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Help build independence, friendships, and new skills.
- Join in with activities, hobbies, and community events such as bowling, swimming, walks and outings.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence driving mobility or adapted vehicles.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Caring and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Shift Pattern
The role covers a rota of seven days per week, including day, late, and waking night shifts. There are no sleep‑in requirements.
