The Role
As a Student Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across KS3 and KS4
- Support students with a range of needs, including SEND and SEMH
- Help students stay focused, engaged, and ready to learn
- Provide pastoral support and act as a consistent, trusted adult
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress
- Help manage behaviour in a calm and supportive way
You’ll be a key figure in helping students feel settled, supported, and able to succeed.
