Benefits
Competitive hourly rate with potential to earn over £500 per week.
Balanced schedule: 2‑week rota of 6 am‑2 pm and 2‑weeks at 2 pm‑10 pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Responsibilities
The job includes any suitable duties as requested by the Cell Leader or Shift Leader related to the manufacture of prepared food products. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through personal development and wider production awareness. Enhance the group mission, vision and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Ability to work at pace

- Food processing knowledge

- Good communication skills
- Experience gained within a range of sites chilled / frozen food manufacturing businesses
- Manufacturing experience
