Community Engagement & Referral Support Specialist

Change Grow Live is seeking an Engagement & Referral Support Worker to join their SmokeFree Croydon service. This role involves supporting community outreach and engagement activities while helping individuals access vital support for their smoke-free journey.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for improving community wellbeing. The position is part-time (12 hours per week) and fixed-term until 31/03/2027.
