The Stephen Wiltshire Centre is a specialist Family Hub that provides Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs. We run Play and Stays for children with additional needs aged 0-8. We also provide Outreach in the Community for some children, as part of their Short Breaks packages.

Responsibilities

The Casual Short Breaks Delivery Worker will deliver Short Breaks for children with complex needs and disabilities (aged 0-18), ensuring all aspects of their needs are met both at the Stephen Wiltshire Centre and within the community. The worker will work within standards set by OFSTED and the CQC to support engagement in quality short breaks for our children.
