About the Role
We are hiring a Founder’s Associate to work closely with our founder to drive marketing, generate leads, book demos and support the sales process.
You will:
- Drive growth through tried and tested lead generation as well as experimentation
- Build a content marketing engine to grow brand awareness (+ your own personal brand)
- Work directly with customers to improve adoption and gather feedback
- Support across product, funding, hiring, and operations
- Work from different Central London locations 2 days a week (co-working spaces, coffee shops, etc.)
About You
We are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is excited about driving the growth of an AI recruitment startup.
You:
- Are a self-starter and highly motivated individual
- Learns fast and thrives under pressure
- Has an active interest in AI
- Creates engaging content (writing, social media, video, speaking, etc.)
- Is motivated by execution, not just ideas, and can grind to achieve results
- Is risk tolerant, comfortable in the deep end, and resilient
- Is highly personable, driven but humble
Your previous experience should be at least one of:
- New business development or 360 recruitment
- Talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Growth hacking, outreach and/or marketing automation
- Degree in business, sales or marketing
- Entrepreneurship and/or early startup life
