- Research client segments and prepare outreach materials
- Assist in developing communication scripts and strategies
- Participate in training sessions and skill-building exercises
- Track communication outcomes and relationship development progress
- Conduct outbound communication via phone and email with potential clients
- Research and maintain databases of prospects, clients, and industry contacts
- Create and schedule Instagram posts and other social media content
- Support cross-branding initiatives and partnership materials
- Assist with content repurposing across different platforms and channels
