Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns across various platforms
- Coordinate and attend marketing events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with the preparation of marketing reports and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized office space
Requirements
- Some experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills in British English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
