Our Marketing & Community team is a collaborative, data-focused group dedicated to leveraging data insights to drive impactful marketing strategies and optimize team workflows for TikTok’s global and regional marketing initiatives.

About The Role
We’re looking for a curious, data-driven intern to join our Marketing Operations & Analysis team at TikTok. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support key research programmes, dig into audience data, and help surface insights that shape how we think about marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and have real ownership of meaningful projects from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management and optimisation of our Creator Survey, including programming and improving internal processes.
- Run deeper analysis of survey results and brand health tracker trends, layering in audience data to identify broader patterns across key audience cohorts.
- Proactively surface regional gaps and emerging marketing opportunities based on data trends.
- Provide ad hoc support on team write-ups, trackers, and other collaborative deliverables.
What You’ll Gain

- A proactive, organised mindset and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
