Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assume a leading position in the workshop
• Be a qualified diagnostic technician, master technician or similar level, capable of advanced diagnostic repair works. Be qualified at NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair with at least 2 years’ experience as qualified technician
• Be able to coach and mentor other Technicians
• Have experience of customer consultations
• Be able to provide technical assistance to your colleagues
• Have high levels of integrity
• Be organised and have a good attention to detail
