Job Description

• Pay: £14.46 per hour, plus an uncapped performance bonus and benefits.
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £32,110 – £37,369 per annum
• Retention Bonus: £2000 after 12 months
• Refer a Friend Bonus: £1000 after 12 months
• Job Type: Permanent
• Hours: 38.75 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:45 PM
• Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FQ

Responsibilities

• Our “plan by model” production system provides Upholsterers with the opportunity to maximize their earnings.
• We offer year-round manufacturing stability.
• We use high-quality fabrics and have our own in-house foam/fiber and frame‑making operations to support our team.

Qualifications

• Prior upholstery experience is essential, and experience in a production line environment is highly valued.
• You should take pride in your craftsmanship and the quality of the products you help create.
• We’re looking for individuals with energy and a positive attitude who are eager to contribute to our team.
