- Experience working to sous Chef level in fresh food, busy kitchens
- Experience working with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine preferred but not essential
- Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Be a strong and approachable leader to the team, responsible for motivating and ongoing training.
- Excellent personality and drive.
