Thinking Schools Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for New Horizons Children’s Academy in Chatham until August 2026. This role involves providing 1:1 learning support under the guidance of the SENCo while assisting the class teacher in line with pupils’ Education, Health and Care Plans.
The successful candidate will encourage positive behaviour, promote self-esteem, and foster independent learning to support pupils’ development. Responsibilities include tracking pupil progress and preparing tailored learning materials.
