Chef De Partie – £35,000 to £36,000 inclusive of tips

Key Responsibilities

  • Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
  • Running your own section within a busy fresh‑food hotel restaurant
  • Preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes to consistent standards
  • Supporting service across the hotel’s restaurant operations
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
