Location: Lodge Farm or BrackmillsPay Rate: £13.20 per hourShifts: 8:00pm – 5:00amWorking Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and friendly team based in the Northampton area. This role involves working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles and moving stock around the warehouse
• Supporting goods‑in and goods‑out operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rota basis (any 5 out of 7 days)
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
