Rikama Education are working with a local SEN School who are seeking an inspirational, motivated and passionate qualified Class Teacher to support students with complex learning needs including ASD, SLD, PMLD.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance
• Attend professional development sessions to stay updated on educational best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (QTS Required)
• Valid teaching certification or license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
