Infrastructure Services business based in Welshpool is seeking a Receptionist to maintain reception and welcome visitors, working Monday to Friday. This is a permanent, full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining reception and phone management.
- General administration and data entry, including maintenance of records and databases.
- Purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and coordination of office equipment.
- Ensuring all main facilities are well stocked and maintained (boardroom and kitchen).
Qualifications
Ideally you will have transferable skills or a strong desire to learn on the job, a proactive and can‑do attitude, ability to work as part of a team and independently to self‑manage tasks, professional acumen and communication skills, ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention‑to‑detail, prioritisation skills, and focus on quality outcomes.
