Role Summary
This is not a casual or temporary cleaning role. You’ll be responsible for delivering premium cleaning services, managing your own schedule, and representing the company with integrity at client sites. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitising
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other key areas
- Manage laundry, bed changes, and general organisation as needed
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety standards
- Report property damage or maintenance issues
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at client locations
Required Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own car is an advantage (mileage allowance provided)
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organised spaces
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- English language proficiency
- Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: £18,000–£25,000 per year (based on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Marsh Way, Rainham RM13 8EU (on-site)
