Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being.

Job Details

• Salary: £25,185 – £25,989 Pro rata (Plus 10% unsocial hours surcharge)
• Hours per week: Various hours
• Interview date: To be confirmed following shortlisting

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and poolside activities.
• Available on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• NPLQ holders receive priority for shortlisting. Non-NPLQ candidates may still be considered.
• Wiltshire Council may fund your NPLQ course, which you must complete within 3 months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability.
