Key responsibilities
- Protect the public, maintain safety within the prison and its community.
- Carry out a range of roles – peacekeeper, counsellor, teacher and more – depending on daily requirements.
- Work various shifts and weekends as part of a supportive team.
- Support colleagues and act as one team to keep the prison, offenders and everyone who works here safe.
