As a Club Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the castle – building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.

About The Role

• Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
• Provide expert knowledge about club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Oversee smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
• Escort members and guests to their accommodation, assist with luggage, and note any special preferences or requirements.
• Support events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.

About You

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a concierge, front‑of‑house, or guest‑facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members’ club environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability.
• Confidence in managing check‑in and check‑out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently.
