About The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
- Provide expert knowledge about club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Oversee smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Escort members and guests to their accommodation, assist with luggage, and note any special preferences or requirements.
- Support events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.
About You
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a concierge, front‑of‑house, or guest‑facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members’ club environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability.
- Confidence in managing check‑in and check‑out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently.
