We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and achievement thrive.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will nurture pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. You will deliver creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs.
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes.
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment.
• Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS – required).
• Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience.
• QTS (required).
